Goal

Set up shelter for the disaster victims. Keeping them out of the path of storms, violent crime, rape, murder, mugging, and sickness due to bad conditions. The homes have personal sleeping quarters for each person as well as a locker holding 5 changes of clothes, child care, and a rest & relaxation room. After losing everything, having a place they now can call home might lessen the stress they are now experiencing. The long term shock of the trauma of losing everything costs the country hit by the disaster billions. Getting the stress level down quickly can lessen or legate that loss.
